If Marie Antoinette had lived today and, well, still had her head, she probably would have loved to wear these macramé earrings sprinkled with pearls! They are a perfect style combination of boho chic, romance and plain gorgeousness!

Thank goodness the macramé feather (made out of recycled cotton) is light, ’cause these plastic pearls (we’re not billionares here, right) add them a little bit of weight. Not too much, just enough so you can actually feel wearing something. Stainless steel hooks are gentle on your ears so they don’t mind doing the heavy lifting.

If I hadn’t gone and got married a few years ago in a plain and simple yet beautiful pair of pearl earrings, these just might have been my choice. Now the life purpose of my Uptown Pearls is to serve as my loyal partner in every fancy event life throws at me.
